The NORA application itself is proprietary. It includes the open-source components listed below, each used under its own license. We thank their authors. The full notices also ship inside the app.

sing-box

v1.13.9 · GPL-3.0-or-later · © nekohasekai and the sing-box contributors

Used as the censorship-resistant transport. It runs as a separate process and communicates with the app over a local proxy; it is not modified. Source: github.com/SagerNet/sing-box (tag v1.13.9).

Written offer (GPL-3.0 §6). The complete corresponding source for the bundled sing-box binary is the unmodified upstream release tagged v1.13.9, available at the link above. For any binary we distribute, we will, on request and for as long as we distribute it, provide that corresponding source under the GPL-3.0 — write to [email protected]. No additional restrictions are applied to the sing-box binary.

Для любого распространяемого нами бинаря мы, по запросу и пока мы его распространяем, предоставим эти исходники на условиях GPL-3.0 — пишите на [email protected]. Никаких дополнительных ограничений на бинарь sing-box не накладывается.
